If there is one thing bands from Belgium are well known for, it’s their dark and grim brand of hardcore that is currently leading the way for aggressive music in Europe. BLACK HAVEN is certainly one of these bands. They have already shared the stage with bands like Converge, Integrity, etc and released records that have been hailed as masterpiece’s. NO DECLINE BOOKING is pleased to welcome BLACK HAVEN back from their touring hiatus for a tour Together with No Declines best DAGGERS, again conforming their reputation as a hard touring working beast of a band This tour will be tearing up Europe between DATE and DATE.

BIO:
Think of your hardcore as being filthy, dark, trying to drag you down in a blackened suckening pool of mud. Drawing influences from bands such as Tragedy, Integrity and The Hope Conspiracy. Black Haven managed to create their own blend of dark metallic hardcore with an early mid nineties influenced sound added to it.
In five years of their existence, the band released a demo on tape and cdr that got sold out in less than a month, which got followed up with a release of their demo as a 7″ on Blacktop Records in 2006. Exactly less than a year later a follow up came with “The Cleansing Storm” in 2006 (Blacktop Records/Holy Shit! Records). Which has put them on the road for succesfull multiple touring all over the UK and Europe with bands such as Ritual, The Break-In, Oathbreaker, Swamp Thing, In Remembrance, and a killing tour with Converge, Integrity and Coliseum. Black Haven played over a hundred shows since their very early existence. Spreadening their words of filth and fury.
In 2008 they managed to record a following record with “Lazarus”, written and recorded in support of their venture on a European tour with Converge, Integrity and Coliseum. A release that highligted their own dark blend of hardcore and metal. “Lazarus” got released in Europe throughout Holy Shit! Records and in the USA through the solid based Surprise Attack Records.
Up to now Black Haven shared stages with names such as Cro Mags, Cursed, Coliseum, Trap Them, Integrity, Converge, No Turning Back, Doomriders, Palehorse, Amenra, Tragedy, … and so many more all over Europe and Belgium.
Two years after their latest release “lazarus”, a darkened fog has taken over their swamped territorities and right now Black Haven is ready again to hit the road and crush heads with their friends from Daggers. In full support of their upcoming full length, which will be their hardest output to this day. So mark these words. 2010 ain’t over yet, not yet for Black Haven.

With their raw and pissed off sound they wrecked several stages all over Europe. With 2 years of existence Daggers is a relative young band, yet they know what they are aiming for. Each show more souls gather at these intense live performances and Daggers have already proven to be one of the most promising Belgian hardcore bands of the moment. After their first collaboration with Ben Philips they now recorded their first full length with him. This new record turned out to be also an uncompromising and pitch black piece of dark thoughts. It will tear down all false hope the world is feeding on. “Along the Acheron” will be released in august on the mighty “Anchors Aweigh Records”, sharing the roster with other killer bands like More Than Life, Dead Swans, Break Even…With this release the band is ready to take the next step up, a life dedicated to being on the road throughout Europe. Ready to give their life and soul to this, Daggers will tour as much as possible to promote this monster.
